Does the Diagnal have any current restrictions due to Falcon nesting?

Typically I've only seen falcon closures posted for Poke-O and Washbowl; there doesn't seem to be anything listed for Wallface here:

I guess you might try calling the closest DEP ranger station to double-check, but you get props anyway for thinking ahead and inquiring about it.

The DEP would send you to the DEC!

Your best bet would probably be to contact the DEC's Region 5 Headquarters in Ray Brook, NY.

There is a DEP in NYS, it's an agency of the City of New York, not New York State.
