Took the usual trails, which were slushy; trees and rocks at higher elevations covered with 1/4" ice; gusty winds along ridge. Stream crossings were pretty low.
Special Equipment: full goretex, winter boots, microspikes for descent
Comments: Based on the rainy/windy forecast, I thought I might have reasonable weather until noon and I did - YAY! No real downpours. Stayed pretty comfortable and dry most of the hike. My bootprints were the only ones I saw.... A fine day to be out!!!!
