Date of Hike: 7/19/2014
Trail Conditions: Quite good. I followed maintenance road under the quad chairlift to the top, then a short stretch of trail to the AT. The road is rocky at times, and might be slippery on the way down, but there is generally good footing on the sides. It's all very obvious; just keep going up.
The AT to Saddleback Horn is in good shape. There are a few short steep bits.
Special Equipment Required: Nothing really.
Comments: Lots of through hikers coming through. I started early and ran into a group who had cowboy camped on top of Saddleback.
