I experienced varying conditions on this hike, from deep powder snow (on Sawteeth), wet sticky snow (going up Pyramid/Gothics, dry wind-packed snow (on Gothics and the cornices), a mixture of all these (on Armstrong, UWJ), and wet soft snow (on LWJ and descent on the Wedge Brook trail). No ice to be seen; ladder and cliff on Armstrong are completely snow-covered. Stream crossings are still firm.

Beautiful "spring" day and nice hike, if you don't mind snow balling up under your snowshoes.
