New job; new schedule. I've got two days off for hiking Labor day week; September 6 & 7 (Tuesday and Wednesday). I don't really need to do anything on a list this week.
I'm thinking maybe somebody out there in VFTT land wants to hike up a mountain and is looking for a partner. Working on your own list and need another hiker to go with you? I'll go; day hike or overnighter - whatever. I can be up there late Monday night, for an early Tuesday A.M. start if desired.
Otherwise, I might end up climbing the Trap Dike - not sure if I'm really ready for that yet (remember in The Wizard of Oz?: "There's just one thing I want you guys to do before I go... TALK ME OUT OF IT!!!").
Anyway, I just want to hike up a mountain - any mountain, and prefer to hike with a friend if possible.
