Here's my plan: I'll head north on Tuesday and plan to arrive at the Cathedral Rock (near Wanakena) trailhead about noon. Make the short climb to the fire tower. Then head in to Coreys Road and set up camp. Wednesday morning, get an early start and climb Seward via Calkins Brook route. Return to camp and either pack out that night or stay over until Thursday morning.
Rather short notice and mid-week so I'm looking at this as a solo hike but any are welcome to join in for part or all.
EDIT: I should mention also that this is on such short notice because of family visiting this weekend and my starting a NEW JOB in retail next week.
