Well defined and packed trail to summits of Donaldson, Emmons, and Seward. Thin snow cover down low, moderate cover higher up. Brook crossings frozen over.
Special equipment: Wore snowshoes all day. Rain in the morning made things slushy along the truck trail. Firm trail higher up.
Coreys gate was open; road was icy in areas and packed snow and slush for the most part. High clearance vehicle with 4WD needed. Also good driving skills...
