SRT in nice shape this am. Good views of Neversink Valley to West from the abandoned Erie Railbed. Long Path Guide does not mention side paths on State Land to Fire Tower, but they are on the online version of the SRT map produced by the NYNJ trail council. Went up the red Graham Fire Tower Trail and back down the white Ravine Trail. Well worth it. 360 views from top of tower. High Point to south, Minnewaska to north, Walkill Valley and Hudson Highlands to east and Neversink Valley to west and Sullivan County Catskills to nw. Bottom rungs of tower are missing but you can step on steel brackets they were formerly attached to. Top platform of tower is locked.
If you are following LP Guide, make sure you get most recent SRT map from NYNJ Trail conference site. Road walk on Cty Rte 61 has been eliminated and woods walk for 1.3 miles goes up toward Shawangunk Ridge.
