Trails: 19 Mile Brook, Carter Dome Trail, Carter Moriah Trail
Conditions: 19 Mile Brook and Carter Dome were well packed after the mid week snow. At the 2nd river crossing on Carter Dome Trail go left for the switch backs and avoid a bushwhack. Carter Moriah is now well packed but trail finding was interesting at times. No major blowdowns and water crossings were fine.
Equipment: Snowshoes
Comments: The clouds lifted by the time we had reached Middle Carter providing great views of the Wild River Wilderness, the Bald Face peaks, Mt Hight, and Carter Dome. Another great day!!
