On Monday 1-4-10 South & East Dix were tracked out. Two of us went in via the Lillian Brook herd path to the Macomb/South Dix col and over South to East. We returned the same way. Mostly we were able to follow a prior hiker's tracks, but sometimes the wind wiped them out. Big VT storm dropped only three new inches in the Elk Lake area. Hough was not broken out.
