Comments: Optional - After the prior weekend's great photos of this trip, a few friends wanted to visit the plane. The path to the southern AT corridor boundary is very obvious. Just climb Mt Success, hike south on the AT, across the bog, through a short strech of woods and then in and out of the patchy scrub and rocky patches and keep an eye out for an obvious path going 90 degrees left, just as the AT finally goes into the woods. The path through the woods is marked with an old ribbon (but is obvious). When you encouter the corridor, take a right an follow it to the plane.
