Anyone know the approx altitude difference and milage to table from the slide parking lot, thanks.

According to the NYNJTC map, 5.7 miles to the summit from the parking area, about 2300 feet elevation climbed to Table, 800 feet elevation climbed going back.

On your way up or down Table be sure to look for the western viewpoint, perhaps just 0.1 mile before reaching the flat summit ridge of Table. The path is easy to miss as it is unmarked. It might be easier to spot on the way down.

The unmarked path to the view begins at a white birch on the west side of the Long Path. The path leads through some ferns. If you look for it, the open ledge is somewhat visible from LP. The open 180+ degree view spans from Red Hill to Slide Mt.
