So, I've got these snowshoes, see, and I want to use them. And then the Southern Ossipee thing went bust, and Owl's Head is just nuts, and I've just GOT to get out of this house. So the idea is to get to Waterville Valley reasonably early on Sunday morning, like, say, 8:00 a.m. or so, and employing a relaxed and moderate pace, hike up Tecumseh before the snow really flies. And since this is the first time I or my wife will have been on said snowshoes (other than to test them on a "man made" snowdrift while shoveling this morning), it would be greatly appreciated if any more experienced folks would care to join us. If this sounds like a plan (or if anyone has a better idea), I, like Ross Perot, am all ears.
