The Pemi Loop

We are trying to do the Pemi loop this weekend! We made a last minute decision and plan to be hiking by noon Saturday and be done by Tuesday! It should be fun!

Well, the wet forecast scared us away but we are hoping for good weather this upcoming weekend! It's our last chance for an official winter pemi!

Well, we finally did it! Just got home. We had perfect weather, but it was the hardest 3 days of my life. I think it should be renamed the Pemi Schwack! So much schwacking, twinway trail was a navigational and bushwacking nightmare, and I am covered with bruises and cuts! Was it all worth it...TR and pics will be posted later. I need to eat and take a nap right now.

Well done! The persistance of the members here lately is astounding - Ferris nails the Pemi as well, Reejean get's his Presi Traverse - nice job dangergirl, way to go!
