This is a good moment to post trail reports

I know I'm guilty of not always (or even usually) posting trail conditions and trip reports, but given the newfallen snow and the fact that everything needs to be broken out again, this is a particularly good time for all of us to post what we've hiked, just so folks know what's broken out and what isn't, and what the conditions are like.
