Trail Conditions: Avalon in great shape with some ice on the upper slabs ..Willey Range trail firm and dry most of the way with only a little ice right at the summit. Mt Tom Spur a little mud in spots though we were there later in the day..A-Z easy going . Water crossings were low and no problem
Equipment: Nothing came out of the bag today..beautiful..no traction needed
Comments : Despite a shaky forecast this turned into a fabulous day with great undercast views from Avalon..excellent views along the way to Willey, and nice sun for a lunch break on Tom..moderate temps, no wind except at the Depot, and great company along the way..life is good...
