Will i need snowshoes still. I assume trail will be packed down snow or mud lower elevations and ice at higher elevations. I think crampons on the north trail all the way up?

I would expect the east side trail to be icy, at least from past experiences of mine. The North side trail should be OK, icy as well. But the snow is getting pretty old and will be soft near mid day. Snowshoes might make for an easier trip, with less post holing as the sun gets higher.
