Hi !

I'm planning a week-end to the Uphill Lean-to to bag, Cliff-Redfield-Gray-Skylight-Marshall.
Couple of questions;

-What is the quickest/easiest way to get to the lean-to and how much time/mileage approx.?
-Is there any water source nearby at this time of the year ?
-If it is full, anywhere near to put my little tent up ?
-And of course, are any of the trails open (I see marshall is but all other trip reports are kinda old...)?

Anyone who would like to join are welcome !

Thanks

Shortest way is via Lake Arnold. Only problem, is that there is a lot of extra elevation gain/loss. If you are good on the uphills, it is the fastest, as well.

Bring an ice axe to be sure.

Yes.
