Upper Works Parking

Hey Everyone - After lurking for a couple of years now, I've finally been compelled to post both because of the lurkers thread and my next trip on the way to finish the 46.

Is it possible to drive to the end of the road and park near the Calamity Brook trailhead? When I was in the Santanonis a couple of weeks ago I saw some huge boulders looking like they were blocking the road further up. Is this the case?

For some reason nobody has responded so I will. I was just up to the Santanoni trailhead this past weekend and saw no indications that the road ahead to Upper Works was closed. I think that someone would have posted a road closing of this importance if it occurred.
