I won't get into all of the details but I have been able to temporarily fix the problem and am working on a more long term solution for Darren. Hopefully it won't go down again . . . .

Yeah, I put together this nice little trail conditions report (using the IP address, etc), saved it, got an error, hit back, and it was gone .
