Date of Hike: 9/20/09
Trails: Tucks, Huntington, Nelson Crag, Crawford Path, Monroe Loop, Camel Trail, Davis Path, Boot Spur
Trail Conditions: Huntington Ravine trail is in good shape, pay attention to the yellow blazes when entering the fan. the first difficult rock scramble above the fan (the steep sloping ledge) has an alternate way about halfway up, instead of going strait up following the arrows you can cut accross (very carefully) off to the right side of the ledge to the scrub, however it is still quite difficult. some of the other scrambles seem to have another option as well but it's best to follow the arrows. Above treeline all trails are in excellent shape! Boot Spur in great shape as well.
Comments: Great weather, clear skies the whole day, wind wasn't to bad because temps were above 50. some pics here http://picasaweb.google.com/cdailey7779
