Trail had consistent well-packed snow from bottom to top. No crossings or blowdown issues.
I wore snowshoes but they were not required for flotation. Some form of traction useful.
Hiked with the trail maintainer, Sarah, who was justifiably proud of the trail's condition - perfect! As always, the upper ridge was a special place with the trees covered in fresh snow, although a few unburdened themselves in our general direction. Snow fell throughout our hike and added to the enjoyment.
Met Joe and Joe on Starr King, our pleasure.
