Saturday - Sky top at Mohonk and a playground
We took mostly woods roads and the Fox Trail up to the top. Payton and Damon walked almost the entire way. A few snack breaks, a helping hand, and being carried for a few feet was all it took to get up to the top. One way, it's about 2 miles, and more elevation gain than I remembered! There were a few flakes of snow, but we still had great views.
A quick trip to the playground finished the outdoor activities.
Sunday - Front yard and Poughkeepsie/Highland Railroad Bridge
In the morning, we went outside in the front yard and played in the newly formed winter wonderland.
Payton and Damon got some air time!

Then with the parents here, we all went to the bridge. A nice stroll with several 'choo-choo trains' for the little one.
A great weekend away from the mountains!
