Trail was hard and crunchy.
Two people had packed it late yesterday after the rain, leaving the trail easy to walk on with boots and ice-creepers, but a bit lumpy for snow-shoeing.
No special equipment was needed today.
Two people came up with snowshoes after me and I guess the trail will smooth out to packed corn snow before long.
Molly my beagle, cruised along on top of the crust along side the trail.
I didn't see any tracks on Cotton Mt. or Mt. Morgan trails when I went through.
