Where to find packs for smaller dogs?

Anyone know who makes or sells x-small dog packs?

I tried putting a size small Granite Gear pack on my Aussie Cattle Dog/Jack Russell/best guess mix, and not only was there extra strapping everywhere, the packs hung down to his elbows. He's an energetic little guy, and I'd love to be able to have him carry some of his own food on hikes...
