Trails: Blueberry Ledge Trail, et al
Date of Hike: Friday, February 6, 2009
Trail Conditions: Packed powder, ice and rock on ledges, drifted snow from ledges to true summit
Special Equipment Required: Snowshoes, crampons, sunglasses, ice axe
Trail maintenance conditions: One large old blowdown about 1 mile in on Blueberry Ledge Trail
Comments: Only one car in the parking lot. Wore crampons the whole way up. Many moose tracks postholed the trail for about one mile of Blueberry Ledge Trail. Needed an ice axe to get up the ledges. Rollins Trail looked to be broken out from this point, but not by as many hikers as Blueberry Ledge Trail.
