Trail Conditions: The highway had good snow coverage lower down, with some icey patches at the turns. Up high there was at least 8 inches of snow. A truck drove up the road earlier this season which has created iced over ruts which can be a problem at lower elevations, but are adequately covered with snow higher up.
Special Equipment: Normal winter gear. Crampons or stabalicers if you want to go to the summit.
