It's last minute, but I'm planning to hike Wildcats from 19-mile Brook on Saturday 3/24/07 coming out via Polecat skitrail. Driving up from eastern MA. I'll be shooting for 9ish start. I'm bringing my 25" snow shoes hoping they will provide enough flotation in soft snow and crampons for the slide up to Wildcat. Then again I'll be traveling a bit lighter too. Humm... early spring hiking!
