Here's the deal

We are renting our friend's (Joel & Heather) 2 bedroom log cabin in Bethlehem (15 minutes to Twin Mountain/Cog area) for the Winter Season (Dec - Mar)

We will be able to share the good deal we are receiving and rent the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the loft to hiking friends for either Fri night to Sunday night weekends, a month of weekends, or the full 4 months. The monthly rate will also include some long weekends.

The cabin inclues cable tv with HBO - DVD - Internet access - full kitchen access for meals, coffee, bagels, oatmeal, and soda.

If you are going to be doing a lot of hiking this Winter and/or want a place that your non-hiking spouse can use as home base - this is a great deal. And I do mean a really great deal.

We plan to be there most weekends this Winter - so come stay and join us for a hike - or just dinner.

This borders on a commercial thread. While it admittedly offers a good deal for those who want to base here, it could set a precedent for "rent our cabin" posts.
Closing thread for now as we've already rec'd one complaint along the lines mentioned above.
