We started from the Loj and did a loop ending in Keene Valley.
The trail over to Iroquois was the muddiest we experienced all day and you could rock hop through the worst of it. Otherwise trails were mostly dry thanks to the sunshine and low humidity.
Dry conditions also made for easy grip on the slabs and no need to use the cables ascending Gothics (although it is reassuring to have them right there )
Mandatory equipment - a camera. We were only briefly in the clouds on Algonquin and otherwise had stellar views all day.
