Howdy fellow snow-lovers 
I was just surfing on youtube trying to come up with more awesome Baffin island videos when I came across these winter seminars: http://youtube.com/results?search_query=winter+activities+seminar
They seem to have seminars on Stoves, clothing, nutrition, first aid, shelters, energy, sleeping, dangers of ice and traveling.
Very interesting stuff!
