trails: zealand rd., zealand, twinway, zealand spur, boncliff, w. bond spur, wilderness
conditions: zealand rd. plowed to where pavement would end then packed to trail. zealand trail well packed as is twinway to zealand spur and summit. twinway to bondcliff trail now broken as is w. bond spur. bondcliff trail over bond and bondcliff broken by our group today and below that the trail has seen more traffic and is well packed out. wilderness well travelled as expected. only spotty ice on guyot and bondcliff.
equipment: snowshoes.
comments: have been waiting to do this traverse for a while. perfect day for it and a perfect day to climb the last 4 peaks for my winter 48. congratulations to jim l. (who will be posting a trip report sometime soon) on his finish as well. thanks to jim, bill, jeb, bob, and ed for having me along. stellar day in the mountains.
