Thanks Chip. We're going to try to climb Mt. Hale this weekend with the toddler. Yesterday, I had the typical work day workout on the stationary bike in our basement. However, it was preceded by cake and followed by ice cream.

We had a great time last night, but we did cross the tracks a few times! The entrance to the Imax is just beyond the overpass. The show was awesome. Dinner at the Brewhouse was also excellent, if pricey. The bartender is well versed in all things beer, especially CT brews. We encouraged him to join the VNBs quest!Chip...thanks for the "greenie".

Sgt Taylor was brave. Chasing off a bewildered moose is very risky. I know they are usually timid, but this one had spent the last 10 hours out in public, so all bets are off.

Chip thanks for the greenie for my Monroe attempt report. This was my first turn around in winter and it was hard to do!!! I gotta tell you that now that I have calmed down, just driving up the base station road seeing the presies for 5 miles was the best! Hope to have a complete report with summit photos by the weekend!!!

I have been using my Garmin 60CSx for 4 years now and I still think it is the cats meow. Make sure you get the "Mapsource" software.
