Bagging "Peak" Foliage 2007

Although past-peak in the Adirondacks (Keene Valley), I was able to find some color this past weekend along the AMR road and Gill Brook Trail.

I was stuck near home all weekend so I decided to look a little closer at the foliage in my own back yard.

Is this what a bird would see as it swiftly flew to the safety of a tree?
