According to this estimate (http://scottlivingston.wordpress.com/2008/09/02/grafton-loop-trail-one-day-adventure/), it's about 13,200. That seems about right.

They did it about 1:10 quicker than me. I've not heard of any other times, but I haven't really researched it. In better (dryer) conditions, I could probably have shaved an hour. Folks like you could probably come in under 10.

Mochaccino is the way to go. When it starts to peel off, your nails end up looking all black and freaky... a great way to scare the crap out of your coworkers at the office ("Oh no, what did you do to your hands?! Is that from hiking?!). What wimps.
