I did meet up with one who required police intervention. I suppose I could count him. He had been in jail and perhaps deserved to spend more time there than in the woods.

Thanks for the greenie. I'm glad you enjoyed that podcast site. Rough and Tumble took me in for a day (and my niece) when we came in drenched and muddy from several days on the Long Trail and offered us hot showers and lunch. Really a sweet couple.
