    Alex has no problem peeing in the woods, she doesn't mind that at all. I don't either -- but I do wish there was a bit more cover around in the wintertime, so we could be more discreet.

    Can't figure out what's happening this weekend yet. Alex still has the sniffles so she'll probably stay off the trails for one more weekend. Besides, with all the expected snow there isn't going to be much out there she can do this weekend anyway. I might join the group hiking up Cannon, not sure yet.

    Don't bother with the funnel things! They're not all they're cracked up to be! Teach Alex to pee in the woods like a ... well... like a big girl! Might go to Cannon on Sunday, too. Carspotting BF in the am for a Presie traverse. And, I have an invite from my friend who's caretaker at Lonesome Lake. Need to visit, but oh, yeah... I have to work Monday!

    I had to stop posting. How can I explain to my wife that I'm talking to a women on the internet about being naked. :eek: I have to sleep sometime and we have too many sharp objects in the house. :eek::D

    No problem, you earned the greenies! I hope to do Whiteface-Passaconaway sometime soon, so perhaps I'll see you guys there, or in the least I can give you updated trail conditions!

    Okey dokey, stay tuned for Rollins Trail conditions. If you plan to take Alex, there's wicked steep ledges at the top before the summit of Whiteface. Might not be doable with the kiddo. ie; When I did it last, I needed an ice axe.

    I have a feeling I'll end up finishing on either Carrigain or one of the Northern Presis... but who knows? Considering that 70% of the peaks that I have left are ones that I can only do in good weather, I've decided not to be too picky...

    BUT - If I ended up finishing on Eisenhower/Pierce, would you and Alex be interested in accompanying me?? :)

    Thanks for the greenie Trish..I was just cast free from previous engagement tomorrow..thinking Pierce on what looks like a great hike day..leg woes limit me to 6-8 miles it seems..who knows..maybe see you on tecumseh..I need to get out for sure

    Trish - Thank you so much! It has been an epic 11 days for me, to say the least. I didn't think I was strong nor fit enough to hike as much as I did, but I guess anything is possible when you have a passion and go with it. I'm honored that you think of me as a role model for Alex. She's truly a fantastic kid. :)
