Come on, someone step up and help the "46 in Feb" event be a success. I just heard that the trail is broken all the way Seward to Emmons.

I'm used to being last picked.

Hi GUYS, I'm another metro-area (Hudson Valley) paddler. I'm game for a Spring camping trip or resevoir paddle. Last year I paddled Rio Res. and watched the bald eagles soaring over head. Where are these pool sessions, I'd be interested in joining in.

Drive as far along Corey's Road as i can, ski to Caulkins Brook, then climb. Plan on a very early start.

I'm planning to climb Emmons ( & Donaldson) on 2/9 as part of the Feb46 event. Anyone want to join me on this climb?

Was this climb of S-D-E a success? I plan to climb D-E in a few weeks and want to know if the trail has been broken and compacted.

Just wanted to let people know that Spencer and a group of 6 climbed Haystack, Basin & Saddleback. I'm sure someone will soon write a full trip report.

Do we have the code for the door yet? I plan to arrive at Peggy O' mid morning so as to climb LWJ in the afternoon.

Indianchris, I think you live down by NYC. There are several stores in that area you can visit to get info. There are several other ski areas where you can rent skis to try out xc skiing before you buy.

Has anyone used the new BC-24 snowshoes?
