Is the Franconia Notch Shuttle going to run in the Summer of 2022?

One limitation of the free shuttle from the overflow lot to Falling Waters trailhead was that it only ran on weekends. I stayed at Lonesome Lake on Sunday night and was "forced" to hike back to my vehicle over the top of Cannon. Was an excellent hike.

Is the Franconia Notch Shuttle going to run in the Summer of 2022?

Not sure if it's been expanded, as it's been a number of years (pre-Covid) since I used the AMC shuttle, and I didn't go as far as Franconia Notch.

N.E. Clean Power Connect in Maine - Should we care ?

In defence of Peakbagger, he does live where he hikes. I do agree that the vast majority of people think that we should do more to reduce GHG emissions, unless it affects them directly (then NIMBY takes over).

Maybe Mass will reconsider this one https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/emera-atlantic-link-massachusetts-energy-northern-pass-transmission-1.4504425. All underwater from New Brunswick to Mass. Similar to the Lake Champlain project, except much longer distance.

Mt Washinton Rescue - Presi Traverse No Map or Compass

I'm old school. Don't own a PLB (or a mobile phone). Fortunately, I learned how to use a map and compass in my youth (scouts), and regularly update my maps. I've been on many hikes in the Whites, and have had no problems with signage, including the area in question. Doesn't mean I never get...
