I seem to have pulled my brachial plexus while hiking two weeks ago. it didn't present until a full day after my hike and it exhibits as pain/pressure in my chest and neck and some neuropathy in my extremeties. (I've been to a doctor, it is not heart failure.) I don't remember hurting...
