No!!!!!! Each person's favorite picture is just that, and this thread has been excellent so far because each poster has submitted just that. We have epic scenics, but we also have dawgs and kids and smiles...all are wonderful because they all convey whatever it is about hiking that is special...

confused...why the need to avoid crossing the river on the SRT? Since it's such a short distance from the trailhead, I would suggest taking a quick hike down to check it out. I've crossed there in high water without problems, and level is not at all high these days.

these "lost hiker/bad signage" threads always give me the guilties for not adopting a trail... I plan to adopt one soon; a new year's resolution for 2012. I was surprised to see that the Oliverian Tr was an orphan.
