4000-footers log

Just created this log for myself in EXCEL to help track who I've hiked each of the 4000-footers with. Just figured I'd share in case anybody wanted such a template and didn't have one already:

I just printed out the 4k application and filled that out.. I don't plan on doing them all again.. on to new things.

I have a suggestion for you. The CO 14ers, you can check them out at 14ers.com. Im working on them now, its the first list Ive attempted since the 4k's which I finished in the mid 80's.

Thanks for this. I really don't have a log and I know that most people do. I'll be using it in the future.
