Adams – Madison Loop from Appalachia, CCW, up King Ravine, down Howker Ridge.

We are gonna be doing Adams/Madison via applacia, kings ravine headwall (what's CCW) and were going to head down the Watson Path...

How do you get back to applacia from Howker's ridge...and about how LONG is this trek?

CCW = Counterclockwise (the general direction we'll hike the loop)

Low on Howker Ridge Trail is a junction with Sylvan Way, which leads back to Appalachia.

According to the White Mountain Guide, the hike comes in at a relatively short 11.2 miles.
