Started at Lowe's Store around 10 went up Lowe's. Trail all hard packed with some icy spots on steeper grades. Stopped at Log cabin for a break
(someone left a bunch of PBR's for the next overnighter) Left pack at Gray Knob in care of two young ladies and their pup's and continued on to Adams4.
Nice breeze and cooler above tree's with views. Clouds were building so took the pictures and headed back. Great buttsliding down steeper sections, made it back to store in under an hour!! (from Gray Knob)
I used micro spikes again but crampoons would have helped more on icy spots.
no need for ss as trail was well packed with no phing.
