A friend is looking for some lightweight winter boots for snowshoeing on a trail behind their property, so I was going to show her the Vasque Coldspark UltraDry. Nope! Vasque’s website redirects you to Irish Setter, and they don’t have any winter/insulated boots on the site. That’s too bad, I’ve had 3 different pairs of Vasque boots - St. Elias GTX, Snowburban, and Coldspark UltraDry. I liked all of them (I still have the Coldsparks), the St. Elias and Snowburbans were just a tiny bit too narrow for me by the end of the day but I still found them to be good boots. So it looks like another brand might be going down the cheap road.

And here when I read the topic title, I thought that Vasque had been bought by an actual Irish Setter. Now that would have been a great "dog thread!"
