ADK Tabletop bushwhack South

Howdy!
Could anyone clue me in on what to expect from the summit of Tabletop south along the ridge, toward the trail that comes up from JBL?

My hope would be to make a beeline down that ridge, but if there is a better route south, I'd be interested.
