I just got off the phone with tech support and in resolving our virus problem they now have us at level 3 support (don't ask me what that means but it's their highest level of priority) and ADKHP should be up and running within 24 hours.

Additionally, they said to have a wonderful day.

Don't forget to check out the General Backcountry section while you're here. You might just discover a huge base of information on pretty much anything. If the VFTT members can't answer a question, it's unlikely anyone can.
