Trail was dry with few muddy spots. The bypass for the bridge was around 12-14inches deep, used rubber boots just below knew to cross. Great weather sun in morning giving way to spitting snow above 3500'. Water running ok on the slides and slippery. Top had patchy snow.
Views: Good till 12:00 then in and out of snow/sun/clouds at peak. Warm at ground level, must have been 30 degrees or below at peak.
Equipment: Gaiters, gloves/ hat/ long johns/fleece pullover, waterproof pants/coat used, plenty of power bars.
Just plain and simple great day for such a long day, 19.6 miles 11hrs-30minutes.
