Trails are in great shape and easy to follow. Opalescent River very easily crossed in sneakers and marked well. Extremely slippery going up Allen with the slime everywhere and very slow coming down. We both fell at least once with no recordable injuries. A 12 hour day with great weather and felt nice soaking our feet on the way back.

Gators and poles a must and fly spray on top or they will carry your lunch away.
