Trails: Ammonoosuc Ravine Trail from Lower Lot to Gem Pool including 0.3 mile side trail to Marshfield Station. First two miles of trail have cleared water bars and have been brushed with the exception of a few small patches I will get on the next trip. There are no blowdowns in the first two miles but there are the usual muddy spots along the first mile of trail, although I have seen them worse.
Special equipment: bugs were non existent in the early morning but fierce by noon, so bug spray is good right now.
Comments: great day to be out - hot but beautiful. Lots of people on the trail today.
